Low-Cost Class — Open to the Public!
Living with chronic pain is hard, and you’re not alone. Join us for a welcoming community class where you’ll learn how occupational therapy (OT) can help you manage pain and improve your quality of life.
What We’ll Cover:
• Understanding how OT supports chronic pain management
• Practical strategies to make daily tasks more comfortable
• Gentle movement and relaxation techniques
• Adjusting your routines to reduce pain and improve function
• Open discussion and Q&A with a licensed occupational therapist
Why This Matters:
Chronic pain touches every part of life—work, relationships, sleep, and mental health. While medication can help, it’s not always enough. Occupational therapy offers personalized, long-term strategies to help you manage pain and regain control of your life.
OT helps by:
• Offering individualized support based on your unique needs
• Focusing on both physical and emotional well-being
• Teaching skills to help you feel more independent and confident
• Reducing the need for medication and other costly treatments
Who Should Attend?
• Adults living with chronic pain (arthritis, fibromyalgia, post-surgical pain, etc.)
• Caregivers supporting loved ones with pain
• Healthcare professionals interested in learning more about OT and pain management
