Free Chronic Pain & Illness Support Groups
Hosted by Empowered Path Occupational Therapy
Are you or a loved one living with chronic pain or illness? You're not alone. Our free support groups are designed to offer compassionate, accessible community support in a welcoming, judgment-free space.
Why Join Us?
Living with chronic pain can be isolating and overwhelming. Our support groups provide a place to connect with others who truly understand what you’re going through. Together, we’ll explore tools and techniques to better support ourselves and our loved ones—emotionally, mentally, and physically.
What to Expect
These support groups are led by a licensed and registered occupational therapist and are completely free to attend. While they are not therapy sessions, they are rooted in therapeutic principles and guided by professional expertise.
We currently offer two in-person support groups per month:
One morning session
One evening session
Please note: These groups are currently in-person only. There are no hybrid or virtual options at this time, as we aim to cultivate real, face-to-face connection and community. However, if you’re interested in a virtual group in the future, let us know—we’re listening.
